Format
Panel discussion format foresees auditorium’s live communication with representatives of Russian and European oil and gas leader companies. First, every participant of panel discussion sitting in presidium is given the floor for 5 minutes to present his/her position to the main aspects of Arctic shelf development and after that the auditorium is offered an opportunity to ask questions.
