Chairman of the Murmansk Regional Duma

Born in November, 16 in 1972 in Sverdlovsk.
He graduated from the Ural Polytechnic Institute (Ural State Technical University) with a degree on economy and management in fuel and energy complex Passed extension course training in the Obninsk Nuclear Energy Institute on Operation of NPP Program and the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation on program "Top manager".

Works in the Murmansk region since 1994. Worked on Kola Nuclear Power Plant, Concern "Rosenergoatom", Federal Agency on atomic energy (the Murmansk region, Poljarnye Zori). Has gone from an economist to the deputy director for economics and finance.

Since 2000 member of Poljarnye Zori Municipal Council

Since march 2007 – the speaker of the Murmansk Regional Duma of the fourth convocation for Kandalaksha constituency #8. In March, 26 in 2007 elected as Chairman of the Murmansk Regional Duma.

Leader, Political Board of United Russia Party. Since December 2008 till September 2010 the Secretary of the Regional Political Council of the Murmansk Regional Branch of Political Board of United Russia Party.

Leader, Murmansk Regional Branch of All-Russian Council on Local Self-government.

Chairman of the Coordinating Council of the representative bodies of local self-government of the Murmansk region.

President of Luge Federation of the Murmansk region.

Co-Chairman of the Coordination Council for Informatization of the Murmansk region. Has Medals "For services in Atomic Stations Security Improvement","50th anniversary of Atomic Energy in Russia", Diploma of Honor of the Murmansk region governor, Concern "Rosenergoatom" Diploma of Honor, North-West Parliamentary Association Diploma of Honor.

The winner of the All-Russian competition "Engineer of the Year - 2005", winner of "A professional team of the country".
